These terms govern your use of the Compliwatch website, the public fine register, and any report you order from us.
Acceptance
By using this site or ordering a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Compliwatch provides a public register of regulatory fines and, on request, a paid compliance report about a website you specify.
Orders and payment
Reports are provided for the stated one-off fee of €500. We confirm every order by email before any work begins or any charge is made.
No legal advice
Our reports and the fine register are provided for information only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional counsel.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compliwatch is not liable for any decision made on the basis of the information we provide.
